Coordinator and Administrator
Contract type: Freelance 6-Month Contract (with a view to extending longer term)
Working Pattern: Part Time (& occasional event days as required)
Location: Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham
Salary: £12000 per annum (equates to £9.60 p/h)

Creature Encounter is looking for a warm, friendly and positive individual to join their team. We are a small company interested in working with like-minded people who are creative thinkers, enthusiastic teammates and diligent doers with a willingness to have fun at the same time.
This is an office based role, which will include day to day admin tasks, converting inbound enquiries to bookings and contracting. Invoicing, income and accounting including learning and operating Sage One. Scheduling and call sheets, involving working closely with our performers. Building long term relationships with our clients, operating social media, and helping to develop a social media & marketing strategy for the company.
The role would start from mid March 2018 for an initial 6 month freelance contract, 24 hours per week Tuesday - Friday, based at our Jewellery Quarter office, Birmingham.
